Your family is invited to participate in
Mensa Kids Trek Young Inventors Day
To Be Arranged
Mensa Kids Trek is free, open to the public, and geared for all ages.
Children MUST have adult partners.
Each inventor may submit ONE invention
(name, age, adult partner, contact information, and date included)
onto the table most closely matching the inventor's approximate grade level.
No living plants or animals and no dangerous or inappropriate items may be included.
Each participant will receive a certificate. Each invention will receive a ribbon.
One invention from each grade level will receive a trophy. A larger trophy will be awarded to the best invention of the day.
Decisions of the judges are final.

Suggested Criteria for Judging Mensa Kids Trek Young Inventors Day 1. The decision of the judges is final in regard to all contest entries. 2. Does the invention serve a clear and positive purpose? 3. Does the invention seem to be creative and original? 4. Would people want to use it? 5. Could this invention actually be produced in a working model? 6. Does the invention appear to be the result of planning and initiative? 7. Does the name and contact information of the inventor clearly accompany the invention? |
